Returns Policy

For all returns, in order to return products, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Independent Energy Innovations.  

If Independent Energy Innovations. agrees to accept return of the products, please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package. 

All products must be returned with shipping prepaid and insured to the address specified by Independent Energy Innovations when the RMA is generated. 

An RMA will only be provided to the original customer from Independent Energy Innovations.  You must have the original invoice number and/or customer purchase information to request and process an RMA. 

If the products are not normally stocked merchandise, there will be a restocking fee of up to 20%, unless there is verified documentation from the shipper of their acceptance of liability.  

If any of the following occur, Independent Energy Innovations, LLC reserves the right not to issue a credit for the return:

 i.  the RMA is requested more than 10 days after delivery,

ii. the products are not returned in a condition suitable for resale

iii. Special Order Items

iv.  the products are damaged. 

WARNING: Failure to obtain an RMA number prior to returning products to Independent Energy Innovations will result in refusal of the return.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
